The central (phase 1)

The Central is a mixed use (office, residential and hotel) development located on the corner of Rivonia Road and Johan Ave in Johannesburg. With an area of 100 000m², it is located directly opposite Sandton City Shopping Centre and is a mere 100m from the Sandton Gautrain Station.

We are currently in partnership with Investec Property to complete this project and have started with the construction offices for Werksmans, who are a leading South African law firm. Werksman will be the anchor tenant on phase 1 of 4 for The Central.
